Self-Exclusion

We are committed to responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling among our customers. We understand that some people may find gambling to be a source of harm or distress, and we want to help them limit or stop their participation in our online raffles.

Self-exclusion is a voluntary option that allows you to request us to exclude you from purchasing our online raffle tickets for a specified period of time. During this period, you will not receive any communication from us in relation to our raffle tickets. The exclusion period can be set for a minimum of [six months] and up to a maximum of [five years]. To request a period of self-exclusion, you can contact our customer support team by:

We will process you request as soon as possible and send you confirmation by e-mail. Once your self-exclusion period is activated you will not be able to access your account until the end of the exclusion period. Any funds remaining in your account will be immediately returned to you with an applied deduction equivalent to the transaction processing fees.

In certain circumstances, we may request you to transfer any outstanding funds from your account and to provide payment details for the refund.  

Please note that if you engage with our platform during your self-exclusion period, all your bets will be voided by us and all your deposits returned to you immediately with an applied deduction equivalent to the transaction processing fees. On this basis, you agree to waive all claims relating to the respective amounts.

Although we will make reasonable endeavours to enforce your self-exclusion, we will not be held liable for your failure to avoid engaging with our platform during your self-exclusion period.

If you wish to resume engaging with our platform after the self-exclusion period, you must contact our customer support team and ask to opt back in.
