Bonus Terms and Conditions

These Bonus Terms & Conditions (“Bonus Terms”) outline how our bonus system operates and how bonus, deposit, and credit funds are managed. By participating in any bonus promotion, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and AML Policy.

1. Bonus System Overview

1.1 Account Structure

To ensure transparency and compliance, your account is divided into three distinct balances:

• Deposit Account – Contains your deposited funds. These are fully withdrawable at any time, provided the 1x playthrough requirement is met (see Section 3).
• Credit Account – Contains winnings generated from play using deposit funds (when no active bonus is present) that have met the 1x wagering requirement. Fully withdrawable.
• Bonus Account – Contains active bonus funds and all winnings generated while wagering requirements are in progress. These funds are non-withdrawable until all wagering requirements are met.

1.2 Fund Priority System

When you place a wager, funds are deducted in this order:

1. Deposit Account
2. Credit Account
3. Bonus Account

If one balance is insufficient, the system will automatically draw from the next available balance.

2. Bonus Parameters and Requirements

2.1 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus specifies a wagering requirement that must be completed before funds become withdrawable.

• Wagering Multiplier: Typically between 10x and 40x the bonus amount. The exact wagering amount can be seen before claiming a bonus.
• Game Contribution: Pack / Raffles: 100%

2.2 Time Limits

• Standard Bonus: 14 days from activation.
• Express Bonus: 7 days from activation (if stated).
• Once expired, bonuses cannot be extended.

2.3 Multiple Bonuses

• Combined wagering. When multiple bonuses are active at the same time, their wagering requirements are combined into one cumulative requirement.
• Unlocking funds. No bonus funds (including winnings from bonus play) become withdrawable until the cumulative wagering requirement is fully met.
• Unified expiry (rolling window). When a new bonus is credited while any bonuses are active, all active bonuses adopt a new expiry equal to the new bonus’s credit time + its full validity period. In other words, the new bonus starts a fresh full term for the entire stack.
• Changes to the stack. If any bonus is forfeited, cancelled, or expires, the cumulative wagering requirement and the applicable expiry are recalculated based on the bonuses that remain active.

3. Deposit Playthrough Requirement

3.1 AML Compliance

To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, all deposits must be wagered at least 1x before any withdrawal is processed.

• Applies to all deposits, regardless of bonus participation.
• Tracked separately from bonus wagering.
• Example: Deposit €100 → Must wager €100 in total bets before withdrawal.

4. Bonus States and Player Actions

4.1 Active Bonus State

When wagering requirements are active:

You Can:

• Continue playing to meet requirements.
• View progress in your account.
• Cancel the bonus at any time (see 4.3).

You Cannot:

• Withdraw funds from the Bonus Account.
• Withdraw any funds from Deposit or Credit Accounts until requirements are met.

4.2 Bonus Expiration

If a bonus expires before completion:

• All funds in the Bonus Account are forfeited.
• Deposit and Credit Accounts remain unaffected.
• Unclaimed items or promotions tied to that bonus are also forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation (By Player)

You may cancel an active bonus at any time.

Upon cancellation:

• All Bonus Account funds and winnings are forfeited.
• Deposit and Credit Accounts remain available.
• All associated wagering requirements are removed.

4.4 Automatic Bonus Cancellation

A bonus will automatically cancel if:

• Your total account balance falls below €0.05 (or equivalent).
• Bonus abuse or violation of terms is detected.
• Verification/KYC requests remain unfulfilled.

5. Winnings Distribution

5.1 With Active Bonus

While any bonus wagering is active:

• All winnings from any game or source go into the Bonus Account.
• These remain non-withdrawable until requirements are complete.

5.2 Without Active Bonus

When no bonus is active:

• Winnings from Deposit Account play go into the Credit Account.
• Funds are immediately withdrawable.

6. Bonus Completion

6.1 Successful Wagering

Once wagering requirements are fulfilled:

• All Bonus Account funds transfer to the Credit Account.
• These funds become fully withdrawable with no further restrictions.

6.2 Withdrawal After Completion

After successful completion:

• Full withdrawal access is restored.
• Standard withdrawal processing times apply.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following may result in bonus cancellation:

• Attempting withdrawal before requirements are met.
• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Any activity deemed as bonus abuse or system manipulation.

8. Additional Terms

• Bonuses are non-transferable.
• Specific promotions may include unique terms, please review each offer individually.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw bonus terms at any time, with prior notice where required.
• In all disputes, management’s decision is final.

9. Player Responsibility

Players are expected to:

• Read and understand all bonus terms before participation.
• Track wagering progress regularly.
• Contact support for clarification or assistance regarding bonus status.
